Burt & Mee Catering Returns Policy

At Burt & Mee Catering, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh food for your events. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review the following policy:

  1. Notification of Issues

    • If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. This ensures we can address your concerns promptly and appropriately.
  2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

    • As our food is made fresh to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a verifiable issue with the quality or safety of the product.
    • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after an investigation of the reported issue.
  3. How to Report an Issue

    • Contact us via email at hello@burtandmee.com with the following details:
      • Order details (date, items, and invoice number).
      • Description of the issue.
      • Supporting evidence, such as photos of the product.
  4. Limitations

    • We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling of the food once it has been delivered or collected. Please follow the provided care and storage instructions.
    • Changes to orders cannot be made within 48 hours of the event, as preparations will already be underway.
  5. Customer Satisfaction

    • Your satisfaction is our priority. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
