Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for all catering orders in and around Essex.
Delivery charges vary depending on location, and we’ll confirm this when you book.
Can I collect my order instead?
Absolutely. Orders can be collected from our kitchen by prior arrangement or via The Booking Hall Cafe in Rayne or Cafe Plaza in Great Notley.
What times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Sunday, typically between 7AM and 6PM.
If you need a specific time for your event or a time outside these hours, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you set up the food when you deliver?
For larger events or grazing tables, yes — our team can handle the setup for you. For standard deliveries (like lunch platters), food is packaged ready to serve.

How do I place an order?
You can order by using this website - thats the easiest way or by emailing us, filling out the contact form on our website, or giving us a message via our online chat
. We’ll guide you through the process and tailor your menu to your needs but please not sometimes we are in a kitchen and can't reply instantly.
Is there a minimum spend or order size?
Yes — our minimum order typically starts at catering for 10 guests. For smaller orders, please contact us directly to discuss options.
Can I customise the menu?
Definitely. Our menus are fully flexible — we’ll work with you to create something that suits your event, dietary needs, and budget.
How much notice do I need to give?
For most orders, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. For larger events, the more time the better — ideally 7–14 days in advance.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Yes! We cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and more. Just let us know your requirements when booking.
Are your products nut-free?
While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles nuts and other allergens. We can prepare nut-free options, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Can I see a list of allergens in your food?
Of course. We provide full allergen information for all dishes upon request and with every confirmed order.
